Refund Policy
We want you to love what you order from Paws & Whiskers. Because many of our products are made to order — personalized or printed just for you — please review the details below before purchasing.

See It Before You Buy
Every custom portrait starts with a free preview on our product page, so you see your pet in your chosen style before you order. Changed your mind after ordering? Contact us through our Contact page before your portrait goes to print (we print within 1 business day of your order) and we'll refund your order in full.

Custom & Personalized Items
Once your portrait goes to print, it's made uniquely for you and can't be resold, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrect photo, or the wrong option selected at checkout. Please double-check your photo, size, and options before ordering.

Standard (Non-Personalized) Items
For any non-personalized item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided it's unused and in its original condition. Change-of-mind return shipping is the customer's responsibility; items returned without prior approval can't be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
This applies to every order, personalized or not. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, reach out through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll reprint, replace, or refund it — free of charge, with no need to return the original.

Order Issues & Changes
Need to fix a photo, size, option, or address? Contact us through our Contact page before your portrait goes to print and we'll update it. Once production begins, we may not be able to make changes.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, reach out through our Contact page.
