Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we'll make it right immediately. Send us a photo of the issue at support@pawsandwhiskers-pet.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll process a full refund or replacement. No return shipping required.

Change-of-Mind Returns Because we ship internationally, customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. We'll provide return instructions once your request is approved. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Items returned after 30 days

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve a damage claim), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your refund is processed.
