Shipping policy

Free USPS Priority Mail on every portrait — no minimum.
Custom pet portraits are printed locally in the USA and typically arrive within 5–7 business days of your order: we print within 1 business day (production takes 1–2 business days), then it ships free by USPS Priority Mail, usually 2–3 business days.

The "Estimated Arrival" date on the product page already accounts for weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern, or on a weekend or holiday, start the next business day. During the November–December holiday season, allow a few extra days.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or events outside our control. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may take a few extra days. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out through our Contact page.
